News and Coming Events

Joint Service

The service this evening will be a joint service with the Church of Scotland.   This will be Communion service in Broadford.

Discipleship Explored

Discipleship Explored is an eight-part Bible study course designed to foster growth through exploring what it means to be a follower of Jesus.   It is ideally suited to people who have recently come to faith, or are thinking about becoming members of the congregation.   We will be running this course starting Tuesday 2nd March, in Sleat, at 7:00pm. The course is 8 weeks long, but we do intend to take a break for the Easter School Holidays.

Please remember we plan to run this course annually, so if you can’t attend this time round, there will be a chance in the future.   Please contact Gordon if you are interested in attending.

Services Next Lord’s Day

Presbytery recently agreed each minister should take a turn preaching at Gairloch, so Gordon will be there next Lord’s Day.   The morning service, scheduled to be a family service, will be conducted by Jonathan Tink.   Jonathan is Faith Mission trained, and was lately pastoring a church in Gorgie, in Edinburgh.   He recently moved to Elgol, after sensing God’s call to serve him in this area.   The evening service at Kyleakin will be taken by Stuart MacKinnon, also from Elgol.
