Sunday 10th November

At last week’s Presbytery meeting, Gordon was appointed Interim Moderator of the Durinish congregation.   This was done to take pressure off Marcos, whose father remains unwell in Spain.   On Sunday, 10th November, Gordon plans to take the evening meeting in Dunvegan.   The 5:00pm service in Broadford that day will be rescheduled for 4:00pm, to enable Gordon to travel up for 6pm.   Please pray for the congregation there, but also for the Presbytery as we begin to think about how we will meet the financial burden of a ministry there.

Congregational Meal

We plan to hold a congregational dinner on Friday, 15th November, at the church in Sleat.   After the Wednesday evening meeting, there will be time for a bit of planning for this.   Ideally a couple of people will prepare hot main courses, and others can bring desserts.
